
Ingredients:

1 tsp tamarind pulp
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Blend A:
4 chilies
1 large shallot
4 cloves garlic
1 large onion
4 slices ginger
1 tbsp belachan (toasted)
Blend B:
1 to 2 tomatos
Preparation Method:
Blend ingredients for A. Heat 6 tbsp oil and fry blended ingredients till fragrant. Add blended tomato and rest of ingredients. Simmer till paste is formed.
