Chicken - Chicken Salad with Rockets, Grilled Pepper and Sweet Mustard Sauce

This is a dish i came up with today. Its extremely filling and has amazingly low calories. I kinda calculated, it did not top 500 calories.


1 piece chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black peppers
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp fish sauce

Handful rockets
1 red pepper, cut
1 piece gauda cheese , cut

1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp fish sauce
pinch of salt
pinch of coriander

Preparation Methods:
Marinade chicken for few minutes, heat pan with olive oil and fry red pepper. Fry till pepper is soft, mix together with rockets and cheese on salad bowl.

Pan fry chicken and prepare the salad sauce while frying. Mix sauce with salad in bowl and place on plate. Chicken should fry for about 3 minutes each side. Take out slice and serve!!
