Ingredients:
2 Chicken Thighs (chopped)
10 Shitake mushroom (soaked)
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
3 slice ginger
water enough to cover chicken.
Preperation method:
Fry chicken with high heat and 3 tbsp of oil till browned. Add ginger, fry till fragrant and add water and bring to boil. Add rest of ingredients and cook till dry. Add salt if not salty enough. Serve.
